How do I book a class?
Firstly please visit our dance classes page, and decide which class you are interested in. You can then contact us by phone, email, or by completing our online enquiry form. One of our team will contact you back to confirm class availability.
How much are the classes?
Class prices are dependent on location. Our classes are payable termly in advance, and invoice and remittance notices are provided at the end of each term for the following term.
St Albans Fleetville venue rates are as follows:
30 minute class- £54.00
45 minute class- £60.00
Adult 45 minute class- £66.00
Private lesson £15.00 (1/2 hour)
Highgate rates are as follows:
30 minute class- £66.00
45 minute class- £78.00
60 minute class- £90.00
Private lesson- £18.00 (1/2 hour)
ADS offers a 10% discount off the total bill where 3 or more classes are in attendance (including siblings).
There is also a 10% discount for adults where their child is also in attendance for 2 or more classes.
Pupils attending 3 or more classes are permitted to join in our street dance classes at a reduced rate. Please ask for further details.
Is there a uniform?
Yes, all ADS students are required to wear uniform. Please see ouruniform page for more details. If you are unsure what uniform your child requires, please see your child's teacher.
New students are not required to wear uniform on the first two attendances. We do however ask, that if you decide to commit to classes, uniform is purchased by the third lesson.
Adults, however are not required to wear a uniform. We ask our adults to wear loose fitted, comfortable clothing, we have been known to work up a sweat!
Can parents watch classes?
We do not permit parents to watch classes,however ADS invites parents to a 'watch week' at the end of each term.
Will my child have to take any extra classes?
If your child has been invited to take an exam, exam coaching classes will be required n the term leading up to the exam, in addition to their normal weekly class.
Any students invited to perform in festivals, shows or external performances may too be asked to commit to additional classes.
Will my child be able to take part in a show?
ADS holds a show every two years, and an awards evening every year for all students to attend.
